Born and raised in Eustis, Robert Stokes graduated from Eustis High School in 1969.  He then went to the University of South Florida as an engineering major.  This is where he had gotten his first taste of photography.  After graduating in 1974, Robert decided to pursue a career in wedding photography.  Although self taught, his talent began to emerge and his skill continued to grow.  In fact, he grew so high he found himself in helicopters shooting aerials.  

Nearly half of his work comes from referrals. That’s not surprising when you read testimonials from clients such as Stephanie Luke, who utilized Robert’s talents as a wedding photographer. “Robert was the most accommodating photographer I have ever had the privilege of working with. Having participated in several weddings previous to my own, I have worked with many who were adequate, but not Robert. He shot over 100 engagement photos for my husband and I to choose from, he attended and shot the rehearsal dinner and as the clincher, he arrived at the wedding site two hours prior to the beginning of the ceremonies and stayed throughout the entire reception. The quality of my pictures are phenomenal and there are more than 1,000 to choose from.”
